Melissa is a girl after my own heart. I wasn’t 2 feet in the door the morning of her wedding without her eagerly dragging me to her room to show me the amazing Manolo Blahnik shoes she got for her wedding. She wanted to make sure I loved them … and that’s why I love her! Although I heard the night before was a little rough for the groom and his groomsmen (super entertaining story though!), everyone was ready to celebrate with Melissa and Jared at their romantic evening nuptials!
I adored Melissa’s wedding day style! Her gown was soft, romantic perfection with a deep back and ruffle detail.
Soft silk, a relaxed train and the tiniest bit of bling on her belt wrapped up her look.
I also adored her sweet hair-style (which has actually been tweeted about a few times after I posted some teasers on my FB page!), which perfectly transitioned to a curled down-style for her reception! Oh, and she had the best shoes :)
Jared spiffed up quite well, too – but I also loved his shoe-style. Wait until you see them!
We had an amazing time capturing Melissa and Jared’s wedding – especially their high-energy reception at the Heathrow Country Club! Absolutely cracked up at some of the guests and loved the new-fangled Napkin Hats that started making their way around the dance floor!
