Maternity Session for baby Valentina

Fernanda reached out to me recently to do her maternity photoshoot at the 30 week mark. This couple lives in the Tampa area and love being outdoors. They recommended Philippe Park for their maternity session – a place they frequently visit. Fernanda mentioned that she loved all of the trees there, and they were perfect for this shoot! I have never shot there before but it was the perfect spot! We did some owl-spotting, and they kept it casual. Fernanda wore a red wrap dress which was a beautiful pop of color for the green scenery. They are expecting a baby girl, and chose the name Valentina!
When we shot they were still gathering inspiration for Valentinas nursery, but they want to do a Montessori nursery, so they are opting for no crib and mostly wooden toys. As a couple their style is more modern, their house is full of mid-century furniture so the nursery will probably be similar. The couple is originally from Brazil and love to travel, so their house is full of memories from all of their trips, they said the nursery will inherit those memories as well.
