Liz and Edgar’s engagement…Take one! Due to this year being so hectic, it’s not too often I get to travel outside of my bubble for rooftop and champagne photoshoots. Needless to say, when Liz and Edgar invited me to photograph their Miami engagement session, I was Stoked! Not only did I get to travel ( I had a tremendous case of travel bug) but I have known Liz since she was 16. Being able to photograph this special moment for her was the cherry on top. We squeezed a little weekend trip out of it to catch up! I brought along Dorka Jones to do Lizy’s hair and makeup and grabbed dinner after the shoot, it was great!
Pop the champagne – We’re going to Napa! Or so we thought. Here’s the scoop. Liz and Edgar had originally planned on getting married in Napa Valley, California. Unfortunately, about a month after their Miami engagement, wildfires erupted in northern California. They didn’t want to take a risk – afterall, 2020 has given us enough anxiety. But, I was able to pull some strings and match them up with one of our locals, Rae from Silk & Sabal, to help plan the wedding of their dreams!
