Celebrating Blush with our favorite 10+1 Weddings!
The very first wedding I worked with ‘Blush by Brandee Gaar‘ was 2012. It’s been a few years since that first event, and we’ve logged countless hours between working together, texts, and panicked phone calls (usually from me!). It would be impossible to put in to words how much I adore Brandee, Ira and the amazing team they’ve built over the years (which I always get to photograph for their website!!) – but I can put it in to photos! Every couple we’ve worked with together has been special to me. Although there are far more than 11, I’ve decided to list my top “10 + 1” couples that KWP and Blush have shared!
Fun Fact – 3 grooms on this list are named Sean!

#10 + 1: The Sisters
Anna & Houston and Betsy & Michael
I can’t talk about Blush by Brandee Gaar without talking about our wonderful Boyd family! We met Anna and Betsy (and the whole rest of the crew) several years ago. It was such an honor to be asked to photograph BOTH of their weddings, and they were so special to all of us! Whenever I think of working with Brandee, I think of the Boyd sisters!

#9: The Fireman
Michael and Erika
Stephanie had the opportunity to work with the Blush team for Erika and Michael’s wedding at Bella Collina this year! One of our all-time favorite weddings of Stephanie’s, the girls definitely gave Erika her dream day. Michael brought the heat, celebrating with his fireman friends on the dance floor!

#8: Car Dealership Eleganza
Caitlin and Sean
I’m going to admit that I was a bit confused when I found out I’d be photographing a wedding in a car dealership – but when Caitlin (whose family owns Stingray Chevrolet) told me about her vision, I was in love. Watching the Blush team bring it to life was something incredible to watch! The dealership completely transformed in to a space most 5-star ballrooms would be jealous of!

#7: The Scary Spider
Jessica and Sean
Jessica and Sean are my “spider” couple after we found a giant spider hanging out on Jessica’s bouquet! Fear aside, this wedding is a personal favorite because of how relaxed my couple was all day! I definitely owe a big part of that to the meticulous planning and detail by the Blush team!

When you have a couple who LOVES peacock blue, you give them a peacock blue wedding! Complete with a “pool” dance floor and an amazing band – this was a wedding for the record books!

Marcella and Sean
The perfect day at The Four Seasons at Walt Disney World, Marcella and Sean celebrated with a traditional Jewish ceremony followed by an insane dance party in the ballroom!

Sydney and Jeremy
A last minute change brought me in to the mix for Sydney and Jeremy’s wedding when their hired photographers cancelled on them. It was easy-peasy knowing Blush was on the wedding – they caught me up quick and allowed me to focus all my efforts on my amazing couple!

#3: Country Love’in
Lauren and Cody
Country sweethearts Lauren and Cody brought their crazy amazing love to Bella Collina! A favorite highlight – apple pie-on-a-stick desserts and an insane reception setup that will make you weak in the knees!

#2: The Most Impressive Flip
Nicole and Robert
A full day of rain almost derailed this 200+ person wedding if not for the quick thinking of Brandee and her team! After moving all the guests inside the ballroom for the ceremony (complete with 12-piece orchestra seating), they then flipped the entire space in an hour’s time to accommodate the ballroom reception! It was an unbelievable feat and one that not many planning teams could do so masterfully!

#1: The Luxury Stunner
Veronika and Alexander
When professional ballroom dancers won the Luxury Bella Collina wedding giveaway, Blush and the KWP team got the opportunity to work together on creating the most magical day for them! Following their indoor plated dinner, guests moved to the lawn where they were welcomed by Veronika and Alexander’s stunning first dance Waltz!
