Chambray All Day – The Film
Summer Inspiration Shoot
This chambray wedding inspired shoot came from a love of all things Chambray! If you aren’t familiar with the fabric, Chambray is very similar to denim. The differences lie in how the fabric is woven – but a good way to tell the difference is to look at the underside of the fabric. Chambray will look nearly the same on both sides, while denim is lighter on one side.
So when we came up with the concept, we wanted to incorporate lots of soft colors, dusty blues and vintage details. We chose Highland Manor because of the look of the outside of this beautiful historic home. All of our vendors came together to create a beautiful, soft color palette and lots of really cool details! We had a game lounge, different style boutonnieres, and hanging chambray dreamcatchers.
Today, I’m sharing the images that I took on film only. Stay tuned to a future blog post for the digital images from KWP Master Photographer, Stephanie!
This was also our very first Shoot Pop’Up! We invited photographers to join us on our shoot, and then hosted a small workshop after! It was a lot of fun and I’m hoping to host another one in the future!
