With all the rain coming down on us this month, let’s shine it up with some of our favorite sunrise and sunset photos from previous shoots!
Let’s track back to a rainy wedding from last year. Always looking on the bright side, after a day of rain on the farm the sun finally came out lighting up the sky pink! Check out their full wedding blog post here
Those romantic sunset shots that KWP captures requires planning with a touch of luck. In order to get the perfect sunrise or sunset shot involves perfect timing and finding the perfect location. Krista’s wedding this month was at the beautiful Bella Collina. Their tall grass fields add a romantic touch to their wedding portraits which, happened right at sunset.
Kristen shot this gorgeous series with Lisa and Clark at Bella Collina from their wedding in January.
As amazing as sunset shots are, sunrise shots are a whole other look! Back in December, Kristen and Krista woke up before the sun to meet Shelby and Drew for a bridal sunrise photography session at Bella Collina. Shelby changed up her wedding day look by wearing this Alfred Angelo gown more relaxed without her belt and soft hair and makeup.
However, sometimes planning isn’t necessary if the sun finds us. Samantha’s brother-sister dance at her wedding reception in Mohrsville, PA is a fantastic example.
The sun was in the perfect location at the right moment and time. It makes this sunset photo so soft and draws attention to the two of them.
Sunsets on the water are another one of our favorite type of sunset photos. Nicole and Josh’s engagement session with Krista in Maitland was a romantic way to end their session. From this session, there are two images we wanted to share because of how unique a sunset photo looks in black and white.
Clearwater’s white sand beaches and sparking ocean looks so gorgeous especially when the sun beings to set on the horizon.
Krista caught this moment at Kelly and Zach’s intimate beach wedding right before their reception.
Kristen worked with senior, Megan McFadden, at Jetty Park for her portraits.
Coast to coast, sunsets and skies can be so different – which is one of the things we love about shooting in Florida!
And lastly, paddling away on their paddle boards are Betsy and Michael on their engagement session with Kristen on a lake in Windermere. These are the first “sneak peeks” from their engagement session yesterday, and 2 of Kristen’s favorites!
