Julia and Adam | Sneak Peek
March 9, 2019 at Reunion Resort
Fate had been trying to bring this couple together for nearly their entire lives, but it wasn’t until technology caught up that Julia and Adam finally got together! Now, they’re ready for another lifetime together and it all started with their Reunion Resort wedding this past weekend!
Julia and Adam actually went to middle school, high school and college together – but it wasn’t until they were both working in the same hospital and saw each other in the elevator that they actually met!! Could you imagine finding out your forever-person has always been just steps away and you never found each other until a chance-encounter in an elevator?! Although Julia had her eyes on Adam after that meeting, it wasn’t until he messaged her one day on Facebook to ask for a date!
And their proposal story is even cuter, so I’ll let Julia tell it!
The Proposal
“We had plans to drive up for a weekend trip to Savannah, Georgia with Adam’s family. On our second day in Savannah, Adam told me that he wanted to take me out to a fancy restaurant. I asked him a million questions regarding our plans; however, he was very secretive and wouldn’t tell me anything.
As we walked out of the hotel, a horse-drawn carriage was waiting for us! We went around the city for about 45 minutes and then were dropped off at Forsyth Park.
We walked towards the fountain and I saw beautiful pink rose petals on the ground shaped into a heart. A photographer then approached us and asked if she could test out her camera. I was very confused at this point. Adam held my hands, got down on one knee and asked if I would marry him! I said “Yes!!!!!!” As I turned around, I saw his family and my family! I had no idea that my family was in Savannah, too! It was the best day of my life and Adam made everything so special!
