The Christmas countdown began a little early for Sarah and Marc this past year. It all started about 19 months prior to getting married at Alfond Inn in Winter Park, FL! Sarah is only slightly obsessed with Christmas and somehow she managed to find the one person in this world to marry with the last name Rudolph. I mean, it’s a match made in heaven if you ask me! Sarah and Marc got engaged on the sandy east coast of New Smyrna Beach. The same place Gabby got engaged! They began planning their Christmas countdown with Jen from Aisle Help! We photographed their engagement session at Sarah’s Parents house with the most beautiful background. This is where she would get ready on their special day as well. They included their big fluff ball, Nellie too!
Eight Days Until Christmas
Their wedding day has finally come and it was the most heartfelt wedding to lead us right into the holidays! Sarah had a beautiful sleek gown from The Collection Bridal, paired with mesh sparkle Christian Sou Goutin pumps. Her invitations were a deep forrest green with an illustration of the Knowles Wedding Chapel where they got married! After the ceremony, guests headed over to Alfond Inn for cocktail hour while we photographed the newlyweds!
Once we got to Alfond I snuck into the reception space before guest entered. My eyes grew big and my jaw dropped! It was Christmas heaven! They had multiple Christmas trees lit up throughout the room. Everything was shinning and it made my heart so happy. Once all the dancing started, Sarah changed into a second dress. But this wasn’t a dress brides would typically change into. She wore the cutest red mini dress with a white lapel! I love how bold and willing she was while planning her dream wedding. I absolutely loved capturing this special time for Sarah and Marc!
