On an overcast, winter day, college sweethearts Meg and Zach married at their alma mater, Rollins College.
While Knowles Chapel wedding hosted their ceremony, guests were invited to dine and dance at the Winter Park Farmer’s Market during a candlelight reception!
Meg and Zach | Sneak Peek

Sometimes, you just find your people. That’s basically what happened when I met Meg – and I know that’s how Meg felt when she met Zach! They started dating as little beans in physics when Zach was transferred to Meg’s school!
Meg totally played a “Mean Girls” by pretending to be bad at physics so he would help her. They ended up being named Prom King and Queen, and decided to both attend Rollins College together after graduation! Zach played basketball for Rollins and Meg loved attending games to support him! Seven years after they started dating, Zach and Meg went out to celebrate their graduation. Following dinner, they went on a little walk where Zach asked her to open her graduation gift from him. It was an Orlando City Jersey with his last name on it! When she turned around, he was on one knee!
Knowles Chapel Wedding
When deciding where to get married, they knew they wanted to choose the place where they spent most of their relationship together – Rollins College! Knowles Chapel is a stunning place and it was so fun doing their photos around campus! At first, we were all a little skeptical of how the weather would hold out. It was raining all morning, but thankfully cleared up in time for their first look! Overcast and chilly, with not a sun in sight, we happily set off from the Alfond Inn to the chapel!
I can’t begin to say how much I appreciated their families and wedding party for sticking with us on a few location and time changes to make everything perfect for Meg and Zach’s photos! Everyone was all smiles and you could just tell how happy they were to share the day with their best friends!
On campus, there was about 100 things going on, but I loved when current students would just be walking down the sidewalks and see them! I feel like they knew everybody, and that’s just a testament to how warm and friendly they both are!
Winter Park Farmer’s Market
After their ceremony, we headed over to Winter Park Farmer’s Market for a beautiful, cozy, candlelit reception. Farmwood tables, beautiful flowers and elegant gold details decorated the entire room! Meg said she was going for a Megan Markle meets Kate Upton meets Miley Cyrus vibe with both her personal style and their decor – and I really think she pulled it off beautifully!
One of my favorite details was her cake – where they incorporated their Golden Retriever puppy! Definitely check out how cute it turned out!
And for their honeymoon? Meg and Zach are currently celebrating married life in St. Lucia! Congratulations to Meg and Zach, and thank you for allowing me to be part of your day! AOT :)
