Isleworth Country Club Wedding

Betsy and Michael met on the Saturday of the Arnold Palmer Invitational golf tournament at the 9th green, so it’s no surprised that they spent their wedding night at the Isleworth Golf & Country Club! Michael proposed in the the sweetest way; while on a walk in College Park, he hung a frame on a tree for Betsy to find. This shadow box was filled with little trinkets and memories including concert tickets, photos of the couple, and even the golf ticket from the day they had first met. Michael got down on one knee and proposed, and after the couple celebrated with friends and family waiting for them and Betsy’s parent’s house!

Betsy and Michael’s wedding at Isleworth Golf & Country Club was a luxurious day dream. The couple chose to do a lakeside tent to house the dinner and dancing, and earlier said “I Do” in their family church. The pink, white, and ivory color scheme felt whimsical when paired alongside the greens of the golf course. There were custom ivory walls created for the inside of the tent, where dinner was  served on wooden farm tables to add a rustic touch. One of my all time favorite bands, The Leonard Brothers played throughout the night and truly got the party started. The biggest surprise of the night was the couple’s honeymoon, which was a surprise to Betsy from Michael! Betsy was totally unaware of where they would be traveling, but Michael planned a romantic honeymoon to Dubai, and then it was off to the Maldives!
