This floral wonderland wedding included a blush, raspberry, pink, and coral palette with a little pop of blue! Andrew and Elysia, better known as Drew and Ellie, had the perfect intimate destination wedding at Capen House.
Ellie & Drew
March 16, 2020 at Capen House
Ellie and Drew had a beautiful intimate destination wedding with 26 of their closest family and friends at Capen House. But, even on their wedding day Ellie’s jokester of a brother couldn’t help but play a prank on his new brother-in-law. They put together a fake first look where Ellie’s brother pretended to be her. To say the least, Drew was definitely surprised to see his “bride”! The day was a floral wonderland, complete with a charcuterie table, dulcimer players, a guitarist and a harpist. Morgan Hunter Desserts even created cookies with their two dogs on them, so they could be included in the wedding too.
After many years together, and grand plans of a destination wedding in either Greece or Hawaii – Ellie and Drew decided on a smaller, more intimate and family focused wedding day.
The day was full of laughter with family and friends, and an almost lost ring (don’t worry we found it). The couple doesn’t have any honeymoon plans just yet, for the time being they are just focusing on moving back to Florida from Texas and spending married life with their 2 little pups!
