I really started to know Cayla and Bill at their engagement session a few months back. To say they complimented each other would be the simplest explanation, but their relationship is this beautiful mix of just the right amount of spunk and laughter, mixed with the right amount of safety and security. Bill and Cayla are such awesome people – but they are the most amazing couple together. You know how people just seem to be better when they’re with the right person? That’s Cayla and Bill. Like take the art of compromise, for example. Cayla, who hates flowers, agreed to get married at blooming Leu Gardens since Bill loves flowers so much. Cayla got her gorgeous brooch bouquet and felt flowers for the bridesmaids and boutonnieres.
One of the things I loved about their wedding was their choice of vendors and venues. I seriously had an amazing team to work with for the day, and that helps make my job so much easier! So I really appreciate my couples who think about all the little details and help us make their day look as beautiful as it felt.
I have so many highlights from their wedding – to the random bear in their ceremony, to their celebrity exit – Cayla and Bill really knew how to throw a great party for their friends and family! Plus, I’ve really come to love this couple – so it’s personally really exciting for me to share their wedding!

Cayla’s brooch bouquet was so gorgeous! Little hints of vintage, pops of color and lots of details. Also… heavy. :)
Since Cayla isn’t in to real flowers, she chose these Etsy bouquets for the bridesmaids.
Alyssa and I LOVED the back of Cayla’s dress. It was so appropriate for her garden wedding, and so flattering on her! She looked gorgeous :)
So the officiant asks for the rings… and there I am, in the middle of the aisle, wondering what’s going on.
Then, I heard some laughter from the bridesmaids….
…And I turn around (mid-aisle) to see this guy skipping towards me!
Leave it to Cayla (who was the only one who knew about this) to have a RING BEAR (get it?) at her wedding :)
But those of us who know (and love) Cayla, know (and love) her quirky sense of humor :)
Almost getting run over by a person in a bear suit, in the middle of a wedding ceremony, may be the highlight of my career. :)
Cayla and Bill’s formals are some of my favorites to date.
Everything was perfect, from the venue to the lighting and even just having enough time to do lots of great shots!
As sun set on our “shoot”, we hopped off to Ceviche for their reception!
Since Ceviche is right in the heart of Church Street in Downtown Orlando, I sent Alyssa out with Cayla and Bill for some gorgeous street shots
With dinner and formalities out of the way, we were stoked to have a lively group of dancers on our hands!
Bill can really let loose, as I found out towards the end of the night.
Singing along to Journey’s Don’t Stop Believing, I got some super fun shots of them!
And finally, their exit to a vintage Cadillac on Church Street was one of the best exits we’ve shot!
