An at-home newborn session for my past bride, Lenee. A few months before Maclan was born we did a sweet at-home maternity session. This is Lennee’s second child. She wanted to make sure she had newborn photos since she wasn’t able to have any with her first born. When her daughter Embry was born, it was a few months early. The couple was having a baby-moon in Hawaii when she was born! They ended up having to stay in Hawaii for a few months before they could travel back home. So there aren’t many pictures of Embry as a newborn.
So when Lenee found out she was pregnant again she knew that having a newborn session was super important to her. Maclan was born on April 1 , and could only be described as pure perfection. A week after Maclan was born I had the pleasure of meeting him. Lenee had decorated his nursery, complete with blue wallpaper covered in animals like bunnies and birds, and a gorgeous gold framed floor length mirror. The nursery was decorated perfectly, and we spent the morning taking pictures of the sweetest new addition to the family, Maclan Ray.
