I’m not sure that a day is fully complete without an email from one of my favorite brides, Melissa! When she contacted me about her December wedding in Miami, I knew we’d have a special connection. It mostly revolves around our love for shoes and fashion – but it’s the best kind of connection to have!
So I took Anthony and his brother Bill, who was visiting from Michigan, down to Miami for a weekend in July to meet Melissa and Jose, and spend some time at their venue, the amazing Vizcaya Museum and Gardens! We even got a nice little night out with some amazing food and even better company!
Their session literally took place on the hottest, brightest day ever.
We were all sweating through our shirts (attractive, I’m aware).
But they were such major troopers – thank goodness!
Melissa was decked out in Vera Wang, Christian Louboutin and Herve Leger – swoon :) If that’s any inkling how the wedding will be – I’m pretty excited! And even more excited, because Melissa is the first bride to officially invite me along on her honeymoon for some amazing volcano shoots in gorgeous Hawaii! I can’t wait to be Maui-bound in just a few short months!
