Hyde Park Engagement Session with Ryan & Nicole
They met at a party in college and ever since, Nicole has been Ryan’s biggest fan on and off the field! When I first met with them at my office, I knew I was going to love getting to know this sweet couple. Baseball has always been a big part of their relationship. Ryan plays for the Rays in Tampa and so much of their wedding planning is revolving around his season! Lucky for him, Nicole has taken to the roll of super-fan, along with their puppy, Cooper!
We met up at Hyde Park for their engagement session on Friday. (after much deliberation – the original plan was the beach and Tropicana Field, but the field is under construction getting ready for the new season, so we went with our next best choice!). I’m really glad they chose this location because it perfectly suits their personality! A mix of bright murals, relaxed outdoor cafes and cupcakes! To bring a little baseball back in to the shoot, they wanted to do a few shots in their Rays jerseys. After that, we switched to a “lifestyle” look. Nicole said that’s their attire about 80% of the time, so I LOVE that they included it in to their session! We finished off back in their original looks on the rooftop at sunset.
Between the dancing, the laughing and all the perfect smiles, I had such a great time getting to know Nicole and Ryan a little more one-on-one. I absolutely can’t wait to share their wedding day with them in November!
