I thought I’d kick off my OWN wedding week with a super sweet proposal that we photographed! Devin contacted us that he wanted to propose to his girlfriend Rhianna and needed to use me as a cover! She is a big fan of mine and knew she would love a photoshoot together – so I came up with a sneaky plan to ask my Facebook fans for a couple to help me with a shoot! Without him even needing to prompt her, she quickly volunteered them … and the trap was set!
We started off with some “basic training” shots for Krista to see how I pose my couples (all just an elaborate setup!)
I asked her to come forward to do an individual shot, while I did a few “light tests” (and he was getting the ring out in the background!) Then asked her to turn and look at him. He was on one knee and it took her a moment to understand what was happening….
But once she got it, her face says it all :)
We finished up the shoot as a REAL engagement session, complete with some champagne to celebrate the newly engaged couple!
