Hilton Orlando Anniversary Session and Pregnancy Announcement

I always think it’s so fun to connect with people over social media and how closely you can be without ever meeting! Several years ago I “met” Kunbi while she was planning her wedding day. Although I wasn’t able to photograph their wedding, we stayed “online” friends and I got to see her grow in her relationship with Olamide. She also started a wedding inspiration blog called Aisle Perfect, has a successful career as an attorney, and they are now celebrating a new “growth”… their baby! I was so excited to photograph their secret pregnancy announcement!
They flew down from their home in NYC to celebrate their 5 year anniversary in Orlando with a little mini-vacation – and contacted me to work with them on their special anniversary and pregnancy announcement photo shoot! They pulled in some of their local favorites, including their original wedding designer Kristen with A Girl and Her Glitter!
Every aspect of this shoot was perfection – from the earthy palette to the luxe chandeliers and vintage glassware – it really suited their own personal style! Nicole from Florida Sweets & Co. made a delicious cake with 2 tiers – Red Velvet on the bottom, and Grand Marnier and Orange on the top (my favorite)! I especially loved that their wardrobe was so THEM. Modern and classic with pops of swag (is ‘swag’ still a thing? Can it be a thing for today?) – check out Olamide’s shoes! I mean, what?!
