Florida sunset beach family photos at Jetty Park
Beach family photos in December?? Yes please! I met up with the Van Nest family for some beautiful holiday portraits at Jetty Park on Florida’s east coast! We chose a sunset family session so that we could get that amazing pink sky that the Atlantic always gives us! It’s so easy to get overwhelmed around the holidays with everything we have to do – it was such a nice break to photograph the kids playing on the beach and enjoying our beautiful weather! Although it was CRAZY windy, we had an amazing time! Dare I say we “frolicked”?!
I’ve decided this is probably one of my favorite spots to shoot. It’s always quiet and relaxing – and we just use the wind to our advantage! Their outfits complimented the landscape perfectly (I love a good blue color combo!
) and the kids were just the sweetest to work with!
I hope they had an amazing Christmas and can’t wait to catch up with them to see what they got! They both gave me a long “wish list” of what they asked Santa for!
