Love Knows No Bounds
Shelby and Megan are a team. From the very beginning, they knew they wanted to be a fun-loving, adventurous, and devoted couple, and pride themselves on thinking outside the lines. Their wedding was a joyful celebration of this spirit, surrounded by family and friends. However, what excited Megan and Shelby most was simply being together. In the future, they plan on a mini honeymoon to the tropics, then a full trip to Italy, and eventually buying a house and settling down.

It was a joyful event—Megan wore a stunning dress from Calvet Couture Bridal that enhanced the charm of the day. Her grandparents were in attendance, making the celebration even more special. The color theme highlighted neutrals and blues, beautifully complemented by Farm Nine Flowers. The Chaos Coordinator, Shadow Anderson, handled the planning like second nature. Thanks to her efforts, the event was peaceful and effortless for the couple and their guests.
An Adventurous Duo
Shelby and Megan met online in 2018. The day before meeting him for the first time, Megan realized that some of her friends already knew Shelby from college. To her, it felt like fate. And indeed, it seemed to be. Before long, they were taking trips together back to Tennessee, where Shelby, originally from the Volunteer State, secretly planned the perfect proposal.
To Megan, it seemed like just another walk along the mountains near Shelby’s home; little did she know he carried a ring in his pocket. The special moment came when they reached the mountaintop viewpoint. It was a surreal, intimate moment—just the two of them and the beautiful landscape. Megan’s family surprised her when they came back from their walk with a bottle of champagne. The rest of the week was spent blissfully hiking and exploring rural Tennessee.
Now as a fun and fearless couple, they enjoy the rollercoaster of life together. Whether traveling, trying new restaurants, or hanging with their puppy, Dolly, they always feel happiest in each other’s company.
Interlachen Country Club
Interlachen Country Club was the perfect venue for Megan and Shelby Smith. They had been looking for a joyful and cozy yet classic vibe, and this venue did not disappoint. With a beautiful reception room, stunning views of the lake, and wonderful grounds for photography and celebration, they got exactly what they had wanted! The day was made even more special by Farm Nine Flowers, whose classic, elegantly artistic style adds a sparkle to any event.

Reception
With a cake from the renowned 4 Rivers Specialty Cakes, and catering curated by Interlachen Country Club itself, guests laughed and talked amongst themselves. The tables were set in the club’s high-ceilinged reception room, where moody lighting and elegant décor perfected the atmosphere. DJ Blonde Ambition chose a electric playlist, setting the tone for a night of dancing and celebration.
