Although I hadn’t met this Virginia couple until their wedding day, I was so excited to work with them after we chatted on the phone! I knew this would be an incredible day of love, family and celebration! Bella Collina was the perfect place for their union – bringing together 2 families from all over the world to celebrate the love between this amazing couple.
Alexi and Tony met after high school during a friend-day at a pool. After meeting, they spent the first year at separate colleges, but chatting and really getting to know each other.
Their relationship maintained for several years until Tony proposed! It was nearly 5 years later (on April Fool’s Day) when Tony asked Alexi to be his wife in the first spot he told her he loved her!
A Bella Collina Winter Wedding
I absolutely loved the theme for their wedding – bold black, whites and bright emerald green was the highlight of their decor. They didn’t want to focus on anything holiday-related, so instead, we got to use the bold colors and cozy feeling of a winter wedding!
And although it was raining a bit when we first arrived, the skies cleared for the ceremony. When we moved to the ballroom for the reception, guests were treated to an amazing dinner before a night of serious dancing with C’Nergy on stage!
I’m so excited for Alexi and Tony, and I’m so happy they chose to share this day with me!
