Pet Portrait Fundraiser

We loved hosting our first studio pet portrait shoot to benefit The Pixel Fund! The Pixel Fund is a local rescue that I foster for – and you’ll often find me hosting various fundraisers for them! To read more about them and how you can help, check out this blog post.

The Pixel Fund specializes in saving the lives of animals that would otherwise be lost to the shelter system. They rely solely on donations and are completely volunteer based. If you are interested in being part of the Pixel Fund’s mission to save animals and find them forever homes there are so many things you can do! You can adopt, foster, donate, or even just share their page to make them known. You could even come to our next pet portrait session to get a cute picture of your pet while also donating!

Check out The Pixel Fund‘s website for more information on events, fostering, and adopting. They also have an online shop full of cute products for all of the animal lovers out there, and all of the profits go directly to The Pixel Fund.

So far, we have raised over $1,800 from our in-studio sessions! Let me introduce you to some of our superstars!

Our next pet portrait day will be help on September 26th and 27th at the studio and we would love to raise even more than we did last time!

Also, she’s not great at taking photos. Clearly.

Augie is a terrible 7 month old kitten. She was our very own “foster-fail”, and we’ve had her since she was 3 weeks old! She’s posing with Maddy, because she hates everything.

Casey was the star of our practice day – and I have to say, second time’s a charm!
