Dusty pinks set off the color story for this modern, romantic and oh-so-Southern wedding inspiration at Luxmore Grande Estate! We paired with some amazing Orlando wedding vendors to pull together a beautiful color story with a little of that sweet charm we love so much!
Richmond Romance at Luxmore Grande Estate
Inspiration Shoot
We were approached by Vanessa of Vanessa Hayward Events to bring together a soft and Southern styled wedding inspiration shoot! I love collaborating with other creatives in the industry and seeing how an idea can evolve in to a fully thought-out shoot! For our “Richmond Romance” inspiration, we worked with shades of dusty pink, various textures (hello, velvet!) and some really fun floral elements!
We loved incorporating a bold geometric arch for the ceremony space, and then re-purposing it as a reception backdrop for the head table!
This is a great idea for couples who want to be photographed at their table during speeches and creates a beautiful dominant space! We used a dusty blush velvet linen for the table and topped it with vintage pink glassware, gold accents, candelabras, and monochromatic linen napkins.
Our bride’s attire was a personal favorite! She wore an incredible ballgown by Ines di Santo from The Bridal Finery and we topped it with an elaborate french lace veil – custom designed by Girl and a Serious Dream! To top it off – Bluegrass Chic created the most beautiful and absolutely dreamworthy bouquet with silk ribbons, dahlias and Queen Anne’s lace!
To complement her look, we chose to style her partner in a creative and more modern tux. We chose a salmon and navy palm print to add a bit of flair to the couple’s look!
