Before I talk about this gorgeous Hammock Beach wedding, here is a little back story. Alex and Brittany are high school sweethearts, that braved doing long distance, and are finally able to call each other home. They met when they were 14, and then when sophomore year of high school came around they started dating! They both grew up as “military brats” ; as Brittany would say, and continue to pursue the military lifestyle. So Brittany says they often consider the other person in the relationship their home because the physical places they end up living in are never permanent. When Alex proposed he even said that “the only constant in his life is change and you”. These two are so perfect together and you could tell throughout their whole wedding day, just how in love they are.
Alex and Brittany’s Hammock Beach wedding was classic with sweet sentimental touches. The color scheme for the day was white everything, with a pop of sky blue for the bridesmaids dresses. After the ceremony they popped champagne with their bridal party before heading to the beach for some alone time. At the beach they shared some personal vows and spent a moment taking it all in with just the two of them. Later at the reception they danced the night away with all of their loved ones. The cake topper said “It’s About Time”, which is so fitting for these two!!
Their Hammock Beach wedding ended with a sparkler exit. In the middle of wedding planning Alex and Brittany moved from Texas to Florida. They will not be going on a honeymoon, but consider their new home a honeymoon in itself.
