Okeechobee Engagement
Where do I even get started with this day of shooting?! First things first, I think it’s important to mention that we got out of the car and walked up to the location only to hear gun shots in the distance. Luckily, we were able to avoid the hunters and make it to our destination safetly , which was by far one of the most unique and beautiful engagement session venues ever!
Kristen and Matt could not have been a sweeter couple. It was obvious they truly felt in their element at this Okeechobee location, and it didn’t take long before I started getting used to it too! “Glamping” is a thing, and I highly recommend it.
The most amazing part about this site was the countless areas to take photos at. Whether it was in the woodsy areas, the fields, or in front of the rustic wooden buildings, we found inspiration all around.
When the time came to take sunset photos in the field, we could not have had a more amazing sunset that literally changed by the second. I absolutely loved their formal wear placed alongside the woodsy landscape. The confetti pop was a fun twist that added to the glam of Kristen’s beautiful and glitzy dress! Kristen and Matt will be tying the knot in Fort Pierce next January, and will end the night by heading back to this amazing Okeechobee location.
I’m so excited to see what this couple has in store for their big day!
