Egyptian Wedding in Orlando, FL
August 3, 2014 | Claire and Michael
One of the most amazing perks of my job is getting a front-row seat to weddings from all areas of the world – different cultures, religions and traditions. There is ultimately no other job that let’s me have such an inside look at these beautiful churches and their cultures. I get totally swept away with the beauty of their tradition, and Claire and Michael’s 2 hour ceremony was no different!
Surrounded by friends and family in this stunning church, Claire and Michael became royalty with an ornate crown and robing ceremony. But my favorite tradition was when the bride is walked to the church by her father, and met by her groom. They walk down the aisle, their journey to marriage, together.
Following the ceremony, we met back at the Portofino Bay hotel for their beautiful portraits and a super fun and exciting reception!
Claire’s wedding day style was beautiful and elegant. She added a beautiful lace top to her Enzoani mermaid gown, that she removed for the reception. She kept everything else very simple – with gorgeous diamond accents. Michael wore a classic black tux with black bowtie.
