These high school sweethearts were introduced by their gym teacher and celebrated their wedding on their 11th anniversary! Living in St. Augustine, FL, they chose the rustic Chandler Oaks Barn for it’s unique style and laid back vibes. Ainsleigh styled her gown with heirloom jewelry and fur from her grandmother, and they celebrated the evening with lots of Frank Sinatra and Van Morrison!

When Ainsleigh was just a sophomore in high school, she was introduced to Adam – a year ahead of her – by their gym teacher! When Adam proposed, he got down on one knee during their song, “You’re in My Heart” by Rod Stewart, in their living room surrounded by family. They chose February 3rd for their wedding date – which was their 11 year anniversary! Leading up to the wedding, Ainsleigh knew she wanted a formal, winter wedding with lots of touches of burgundy and champagne. The guys wore solid black, with Adam wearing an ivory bowtie.
It’s honestly not a surprise that they chose Aspen, Colorado for their honeymoon – the wintertime seems to play a big part in their relationship, so I loved hearing that they’d be traveling somewhere cold. Hopefully they get some nice fireside hot cocoa before they head back to Florida!
